The sound you hear ... The sound you hear is the radio buzzing. In the beginning? of the video you can hear the weatherman James Spann reporting the tornado and then it just went blank. It was at that point that the tornado actually took out the radio tower and it just lost the signal.. That is my best guess at what that "buzzing" sound was.
